Route A

Mediate it yourself

£49

Settle directly with the other side via our AI-driven mediation engine. £49 paid up front. You keep 100% of your damages, less the £49.

If mediation doesn't resolve, you can still hand to Route B.

Route B

No-win-no-fee solicitor

10% on settle

Hand the case to one of our panel solicitors. Nothing to pay upfront — the solicitor covers the mediation fee too. 30% only if the matter goes to litigation. Pay nothing if you don't win.

Subject to third-party funding approval — usually for higher-value or grouped claims.

A note on Route B funding: a panel solicitor may take a case on a no-win-no-fee basis subject to third-party litigation funding approval. The solicitor will tell you whether your case qualifies, and explain any funding terms, before you commit. We don't advise on funding — that conversation is between you and the solicitor.
